In 2003 our region decided to finalize an attempt at getting a Demolition Derby Team together. Team Captain Jason Tait has been doing derby's at local Lambton County Fairs for many years, in 2002 he started painting the BRO Sarnia Lambton logo's on his cars.

In 2003 he decided to go to the Marmora Fair derby which is held the same weekend as our Summerbash on Labour Day. He approached the region for support as he needed help getting the car ready, painted and a support crew for the long drive (6 hrs ) to Marmora.

Tim Wilson stepped up with his art expertise. The rest of the crew stepped up with past demolition derby experience, general automotive knowledge and basic work ethics to make it happen.

Later that month Ken MacDonald scored a car and decided to go to the Petrolia Fair Derby near home, Jason brought what was left of his Marmora car home for that event, and Wes Armstrong a friend of the group agreed to paint his car with our Logo's for the Petrolia Derby. Thus the team began.
A few weeks later the team participated in the Alvinston Derby.

In 2005 the team plans to attend Lambton County Fair Derby's in Petrolia, Alvinston and possibly Glencoe. Watch for further updates.
